Investing in real estate on the long term? You will have to pay some taxes for your property but if you rent it your tenants will make your payments for you! Plus there may be tax advantages available to you when you deal in a long term Real Estate Investment. Investing in real estate is a great way to earn money and if done properly you can actually quit your job and just live the rest of your life off the income from your investment properties.
